WIR #20 and #316 sit tucked away on a siding in Palouse. The #20 is down with electrical problems, and the 316 has mechinacal issues. With the two new dash 8s the W&I can now afford to take these units out of service to fix them up. I am told they plan to at least repair the #20 and bring it back to service. |
